Nutrition impacts all areas of an individual's life. Individual Nutrition Counselling is for individuals who are aiming to improve their current health status, by focusing on the person as a whole. Services provided are primarily for medical nutrition therapy; guidance for weight loss/weight gain, sports nutrition, etc given through one-to-one counselling sessions. It is meant for individuals looking for an overall sustainable solution for their medical/weight issues using nutritional therapy and counselling.
